管理機構--SIRIM
SIRIM英文全稱是 Standard Of Industrial and Research Institute in Malaysia,是馬來西亞工業研究院的簡稱.馬來西亞的認證和檢測機構是SIRIM QAS 國際有限公司。SIRIM QAS可以提供符合國際標準，馬來西亞國家標準的各種檢驗，認證和測試服務。
馬來西亞標準局（Department of Standard Malaysia，簡稱DSM）
馬來西亞標準的制定由馬來西亞標準局負責，其授權馬來西亞標準與工業研究協會（The Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia, 簡稱：SIRIM）管理標準制定的具體事宜。
CIDB介紹
CIDB 全稱：Construction Industry Development Board 建筑工業發展局
2002年底，馬來西亞工貿部授權CIDB來負責對1998年且2003&2004修訂版的海關指令（禁止進口）中規定的進口建筑產品強制施行馬來西亞標準并頒發CoA證書。

認證標識
PC+PPS+COA 認證流程
a)確定所進口的建筑產品或材料是否屬于強制認證目錄；
b)確定所進口的建筑產品或材料歸口的產品標準；
c)?確定進口的產品數量；
d)確定進口方式；
e)?確定認證模式（PC還是FTTR）；
f) 申請PPS；
g) 出貨前申請COA；

模式一：PC-產品認證模式（適合長期出貨模式）
?1）選擇有資質的CB；
2）遞交產品認證申請；
3）遞交COA申請 （可以通過網上e-permit)進行遞交；
4）驗貨（在簽發COA之前，CIDB將在目的港驗貨?）；
5）申請PPS；
6）簽發COA （驗貨合格之后三個工作日簽發COA；申請方可以在網上直接打印COA證書）；
?模式二--FTTR-有合格的型式試驗報告（適合出貨頻率不高的模式）
1）選擇CIDB認可的檢查機構和測試實驗室；
2）?取樣報告遞交至CIDB ；
3）按照標準進行測試；
4）簽發FTTR 測試報告 并遞交至CIDB（報告有效期6個月）；
5）?進口商通過e-permit在線申請COA;
6)CIDB到港驗貨；
7）申請PPS；
8）簽發COA?；

?注意：對于鋼材，如果質保書上發現有不符，CIDB將拒絕該COA申請；
COA 申請失敗的情形：
-?未按標準要求使用標識；
-?未按照CIDB規定準備集裝箱；
-抽樣的集裝箱封條遺失；
-封條在驗貨之前被破壞；
-產品商標或型號與PC證書不符；?
COA豁免的情形
-? MITI 更新指導文件；
-CIDB認可的實驗室測試樣品；
- CIDB挑取的樣品；
- MS ISO 13006中未涵蓋的產品；如手工陶瓷；非干壓瓷磚等；
-MS 147，MS 1522 和MS795中未覆蓋的潔具；
- CIDB可以接受的用于少量使用或其他正當理由可以豁免的；
